CityArchRiver North Gateway Project Featured in CNR!
St. Louis Construction News and Review: From The North Gateway project is one of five projects in the overall CityArchRiver plan to make the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial (the Gateway Arch) more inviting for visitors by uniting the city with the park and the Mississippi River. The plan calls for 5.4 miles of new pathways, 11 acres of new park space, new landscaping, an expanded museum under the Arch, and a west entrance to the monument. Earlier projects involved renovating the Luther Ely Smith Plaza and placing a “lid” over the former Interstate 70, now Interstate 44.
