Building for a Brighter Future: KIDstruction Results 2025
At Kozeny-Wagner, building strong foundations goes beyond our projects—it’s about supporting the communities we serve. This year, we were proud to take part in KIDstruction Week 2025, a special initiative dedicated to protecting kids’ right to simply be kids.
Hosted in support of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, KIDstruction Week unites the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry to raise funds for innovative pediatric programs, cutting-edge research, and treatments proven to improve patient outcomes. With just a $2-an-hour donation pledge, employees and employers join forces to make a lasting difference for children and their families.
Our Impact
Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our team, Kozeny-Wagner contributed over $20,000 to this year’s KIDstruction campaign. Throughout the week, our crews proudly shared their support in the field—sparking conversations and raising awareness about this meaningful cause. (Photos will be included here.)
Industry-Wide Results
We weren’t alone in this effort. In total, 183 companies and more than 2,400 individuals came together for KIDstruction Week 2025. Collectively, our industry raised an incredible $840,000 for St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Since the program began, the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry has contributed over $6.8 million, helping to ensure that kids can focus on the most important parts of childhood—playing, learning, and growing—even while receiving care.
Every dollar raised during KIDstruction Week supports St. Louis Children’s Hospital in carrying out its mission to do what’s right for kids. By participating, we’re not only helping build stronger communities—we’re also investing in the health and future of the next generation.
At Kozeny-Wagner, we are grateful for the opportunity to take part in this important cause and for the generosity of our employees who made this year’s success possible.
Together, we are building more than structures—we’re building hope.
