Kozeny-Wagner Golf Tournament – Results are in
The annual Kozeny-Wagner Golf Tournament was held on Saturday, September 11 at Sunset Country Club. All proceeds went to St. Louis Children’s Hospital and SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Hospital.
We are happy to say we broke the record and raised $42,000 for the two world renowned St. Louis pediatric hospitals!
This year the tournament fell on the 20th anniversary of 9/11. We did not want the day to go by without remembering the men, women and children whose lives were effected by the tragedy that day. The attacks forever changed the lives of victims’ families and friends, survivors, first responders, rescue and recovery workers, volunteers, millions of Americans, and those around the world. Today, their legacy continues to be felt in ways both big and small.
This year we invited the World Bird Sanctuary out to be a part of the special day. They brought out an American Bald Eagle, named Sanibel. The Founding Fathers made an appropriate choice when they selected the bald eagle as the emblem of the nation. The fierce beauty and proud independence of this great bird aptly symbolizes the strength and freedom of America.
The weather was perfect and it is safe to say that everyone had a great time! A big thank you to our clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, employees, donors and volunteers for their continued support to the annual charity golf tournament each year. We hope to see everyone next year!
