Kozeny-Wagner was selected to serve as the general contractor of the 13,000 square foot interior Class A office build out of Commerce Bank’s Trust and Estate Services on the 14th floor of the Commerce Bank building located in Clayton, Missouri.
Kozeny-Wagner self-performed the demolition and carpentry work for the project. The building is in the heart of Clayton and had very limited space for storage, dumpsters, and off-loading. This proved to be challenging as all the material has to be loaded and delivered up and out to the 14th floor of a fully occupied building. Kozeny-Wagner diligently coordinated the use of the loading dock and freight elevator with Commerce Bank on a daily basis with deliveries in the early morning or during off hours to minimize interruptions.
This fast-tracked project was completed in just seven weeks.
