Project Details
The Bayer W Parking Garage was a true fast track project. Kozeny-Wagner was selected by Bayer to build the much needed garage, consisting of 400 car stall, and was completed start to finish is less than 120 days. This LEED Silver project also included a substantial storm water detention and containment chamber below grade.
